This post should be interesting!
I thought this would be a cool post to let you guys know what I eat in a day or better, what I would eat in a day! The meals are simple, but so delicious and nutritious. I love healthy food and try to incorporate it daily. I hope this post inspires you to eat something healthy each day, so you can feel better and look better! Shall we get started? I think so!
Okay, so in the morning, I sometimes like to start my day with a fruit smoothie with buttermilk or kefir (for probiotics). I also like to add some kind of supplementation to my smoothie to get more health benefits. I added the collagen powder from Dr. Axe, I spoke about in My Go-To Breakfast Smoothie , which benefits hair, nails, skin, and joints. It's a super quick breakfast to whip up when heading to work or mustering the strength and positive attitude to do morning chores.

For my morning smoothie, I put frozen spinach, bananas, mixed berries, kefir, and the collagen supplement powder.
For lunch, I made a sourdough pizza, which are one of the foods that've been super convenient to make in this scorching heat! I made it differently than in the Let's Try It: F.O.B.'s Sourdough Pizza Crust + Pizza Recipe , so I could eat in a more timely manner (the belly was hungry)! For my pizza, I added good quality salt, Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the crust, placed sliced, heirloom tomatoes on top, and added sharp white cheddar cheese. Yummers it was! By the way, adding seasonings to the crust made my pizza so much more delicious, so please try it!

For dinner, I had sourdough grilled cheese sandwiches with a roasted red pepper and tomato soup! It was so good and let me tell ya' something, they're the perfect combo (I know you already know this)!

*Some of the ingredients from this What I Eat In A Day might've not been included in the meals, but I wrote what I remembered. Also, the grilled cheeses were from another day, but it's a brief overview of what I would eat on one day.
